Our client, a tech startup based in the UAE  is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer who is proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies and comfortable using modern AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor) to accelerate development, troubleshoot, and enhance code quality. This is a fully remote role with no geographical restrictions, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere.

As a member of our client’s team, you will be responsible for delivering well-designed, efficient, and scalable applications from concept to production. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build new features, optimize existing systems, and shape the future of the product.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end solutions, including front-end interfaces (using React, Vue, or Angular) and back-end services (Node.js, Python, or other relevant frameworks).
• Collaborate with product and design teams to architect scalable and reliable systems.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor) for tasks such as code generation, debugging, and documentation to expedite the development lifecycle and maintain high-quality standards.
• Build and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring seamless product releases and minimal downtime.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize the performance of both front-end and back-end components.
• Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver high-impact features.
• Maintain clear and updated documentation for all features, APIs, and infrastructure processes.
• Adhere to best practices for data security, access controls, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Technical Experience

• Front-End Expertise:Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.) and a solid understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design.
• Back-End Proficiency: Experience in Node.js, Python, or a similar back-end stack. Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Database & Cloud: Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Version Control: Strong familiarity with Git or similar version control systems.

AI Productivity Tools

• Hands-On AI Usage: Demonstrated ability to use tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar AI-based platforms to generate, refactor, and review code.
• Continuous Learning: Eagerness to keep up with emerging AI coding assistants and apply best practices to improve efficiency and quality.

Problem-Solving & Collaboration

• Analytical Mindset: Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience, or proven track record of delivering production-grade applications.
• Demonstrable portfolio of projects leveraging AI tools or evidence of using such tools to enhance productivity.
